Hivelink End-User Platform Terms

These End-User Platform Terms (“Terms”) govern your use of the Hivelink platform as an end user. By creating an account or using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. About Hivelink
Hivelink is an online platform that enables organisations to manage activities, bookings, payments, and communications with parents, guardians, and participants. Hivelink provides the technology only and does not itself deliver activities.
2. Relationship with Organisations
When you book or interact with an organisation through Hivelink, you are entering into a direct relationship with that organisation. Each organisation may have its own terms, policies, and rules, which apply in addition to these Terms.
Where there is a conflict, the organisation’s terms will apply in relation to the services they provide.
3. Your Account
- You must provide accurate and up-to-date information.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.
- You must notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.
4. Use of the Platform
You agree to use the platform lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service.
5. Payments and Refunds
Payments made through Hivelink are processed on behalf of organisations. Refunds, cancellations, and disputes are governed by the organisation’s own policies.

Your personal data is handled in accordance with the Hivelink Privacy Notice and applicable data protection laws. Organisations may also act as independent data controllers for information you provide to them.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Hivelink is not liable for any loss or damage arising from activities, services, or events provided by organisations using the platform.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
