Monday 23rd February - Basketball 🏀

Fast-paced and energetic, our Basketball club helps children develop coordination, agility and teamwork through skills based games and small-sided matches. Children will work on dribbling, passing, shooting and decision-making while building confidence and having fun in a supportive team environment.

Tuesday 24th February - Dodgeball 🤾‍♂️

Dodgeball is all about quick reactions, movement and teamwork. Children will develop throwing and catching skills, spatial awareness and tactical thinking through a range of inclusive dodgeball games that promote communication, fairness and lots of laughter.

Wednesday 25th February - Boxing & Fitness 🥊

A non-contact Boxing & Fitness session focused on fitness, discipline and confidence. Children will improve strength, balance, coordination and cardiovascular fitness through pad work, circuits and boxing-inspired movement, while learning focus and self-control.

Thursday 26th February - Hockey 🏏

Our Hockey club introduces children to stick handling, passing and shooting in a fun and engaging way. Sessions develop hand-eye coordination, teamwork and game awareness, with activities adapted to suit all abilities and encourage confidence on the ball.

Friday 27th February - Tennis and Racket Sports 🎾

A great way to finish the week! Children will explore tennis and a variety of racket-based games to develop hand-eye coordination, agility and striking skills. Sessions are playful and inclusive, helping children build technique, confidence and a love of racket sports.
