A structured session combining gymnastics and yoga, designed to develop strength, balance, flexibility and coordination. Children will work on both the floor and apparatus, exploring core gymnastics skills such as balances, rolls, jumps, travelling actions and controlled landings. They will be supported to build short movement sequences, linking skills together with increasing confidence and control. Yoga elements support stretching, posture, breathing and relaxation, helping children to improve focus and body awareness. Activities are adapted for all abilities, with an emphasis on safe technique, confidence-building and enjoyment.

A fun, high-energy fitness session using indoor rowing machines alongside age-appropriate fitness challenges and games. Children will learn correct rowing technique, improve cardiovascular fitness, and develop strength, endurance and teamwork through circuits and team challenges. Sessions are carefully paced and inclusive for all fitness levels.
A non-contact, highly structured session inspired by boxing, wrestling and martial arts. Children will practise footwork, pad work, basic wrestling and grappling techniques, and simple combinations that link movements together in a controlled way. Activities include balance work, reaction games and partner-based drills designed to develop strength, agility, coordination and confidence. All boxing and grappling elements focus on safe technique, movement control and partner awareness, with clear rules, close supervision and no striking or sparring between children. The session emphasises respect, discipline, self-control and safety.
A skill-based session focused on aiming, accuracy and control. Children will take part in golf-inspired games to develop pitching and putting, archery activities using safe equipment, and a variety of target challenges. The session develops hand-eye coordination, concentration and patience, with friendly competitions and personal challenges.
A creative, relaxed session to end the week allowing children to design, make and create using a range of art and craft materials. Activities may include painting, drawing, model-making and themed crafts. This session supports creativity, fine motor skills and self-expression, providing a calm balance to the more physical clubs.
